Dryer
Dryer venting should be inspected and cleaned at least once a year. If your vent system is longer than 6ft to the outside wall it needs to be cleaned with a Dryer Vent Cleaning Brush. What happens is every time you remove the lint screen to clean it little bits of lint falls down into the dryer. When you start the next cycle it gets blown out into the vent and gets stuck. Over time the vent system gets plugged up causing overheating around the heat element and longer drying times and that means higher electric bills. So check out your vent and if you need a Dryer Vent Cleaning Brush we have them in stock.
Microwave
Have you ever burned something like popcorn in your Microwave and after two weeks it still smells like burnt popcorn? Here is a simple recipe that will make your Microwave smell good again.
In a Microwave safe bowl add 1 cup water 6 whole cloves 1 whole lemon grated rind and all, put bowl in Microwave and boil for 6 minutes. In some cases you may have to do it a second time.

Refrigerator
Most people don't know that a refrigerator has coils underneath called Condenser Coils that need to be cleaned at least once a year. During the warm summer months dust and dirt that's collected under your refrigerator can cause it to run for long periods of time and not get as cold as it should. This in turn can cause unnecessary repair bills. Inspect the coils by removing the grill at the bottom in front usually just held on by spring clips. Cleaning can be done with a vacuum and what is called a Condenser Coil Brush. (Be sure to unplug the refrigerator before you start). I
