To Pinewood Appliance Repair,
Today Ken came out to repair my freezer/refrigerator. I could not be happier with Ken and the great work he has done, his honesty, integrity and knowledge. Two years ago I had Pinewood repair my freezer/refrigerator. It recently was not working so I called and Ken came out. He looked over the situation, said he would talk with his boss and call me the next morning with an estimate. He called and gave me the cost of the parts and labor BUT he and his boss felt the repair was not properly diagnosed two years ago so they would deduct the costs I incurred at that time and subtract it from the current total. I was SO amazed and appreciative! What a GREAT company you are! I am singing your praises to so many! I am a client for life! Thank you, Ken, for a job very well done! -Patty D.
I have used Pinewood Appliance several times over a number of years. Initially it was the quickest repair service but I soon discovered that they are friendly, courteous, and always prompt and timely. Their prices are very competitive and their service is above reproach. The repair staff is capable and they always come prepared to perform their work. They are a local company and have been in Bend for over 40 years. When have a need for an appliance repair I call Pinewood. There is no other choice for me. We need more local, community small businesses to help Bend become self sufficient and self sustaining.
